Hi! My name is Max, and I am a multi-award winning disability advocate. I am also a scientist, druid, and drag king. After many conversations, I have created a website (this one!) to share resources about my lived experiences with certain disabilities and conditions, as well as my lived experiences as a queer and nonbinary person. It will also be a home to longer form posts about events I am invited to attend.

As a DeafBlind person, I’ve found that there is a need for more input from diverse voices, with EDI projects being focused on one group at a time, rather than taking an intersectional view. What if I am queer AND disabled? Do I not deserve to representation too?
